Track Your Order

Every Bellanio order is shipped with tracking. Here is how it works, step by step.

1. Order confirmation

Right after your purchase you receive an order confirmation by email. It lists the items you ordered and confirms that your order has entered processing. Processing takes 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays); orders placed by 2:00 PM GMT/BST (UK time) on a business day enter processing the same day.

2. Shipping confirmation with your tracking number

As soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier, you receive a shipping confirmation by email. This email contains your personal tracking number and a link. If you cannot find it, please also check your spam folder.

3. Follow your parcel

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation or the tracking portal above to follow your parcel. Once dispatched, delivery within the United Kingdom takes 5-8 business days (Monday to Friday). Tracking updates can take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

4. If something looks stuck

If your tracking has not updated for several days, or your order has taken noticeably longer than 10 business days in total, email us at info@bellanio.com with your order number. We will check the shipment status with the carrier and take care of the rest, as described in our shipping policy.
