Shipping policy

Everything about shipping costs, delivery area, processing and delivery times, cut-off time and tracking for orders at Bellanio. Last updated: 21 August 2026.

1. Shipping costs

Shipping is free of charge for you: GBP 0.00 within the United Kingdom. There is no minimum order value and no additional shipping surcharges or handling fees. Every parcel is shipped with tracking.

2. Delivery area

We deliver within the United Kingdom only. What counts is the selection available at checkout: if a country cannot be selected as the delivery country during checkout, shipping there is currently not possible. We cannot fulfil orders with a delivery address outside the United Kingdom. As we ship domestically within the UK only, no customs duties or import charges apply to your order.

3. Processing time

Your order is processed and handed to the carrier within 1-2 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. No processing takes place on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

4. Cut-off time

Orders placed by 2:00 PM GMT/BST (UK time) on a business day (Monday to Friday) enter processing on the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT/BST (UK time), and orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays, enter processing on the next business day.

5. Dispatch confirmation and tracking

As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, you receive a shipping confirmation by email to the address given with your order. This email contains your tracking number, which lets you follow your parcel online. If the confirmation does not arrive, please also check your spam folder, and contact us at info@bellanio.com if you cannot find it.

6. Delivery time (transit time)

Once handed to the carrier, delivery takes 5-8 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Delivery is made to the delivery address you provided within the United Kingdom.

7. Total delivery time

From the processing time (1-2 business days) and the transit time (5-8 business days), the total time from your order to delivery is 6-10 business days. As an example: an order placed on a Monday before 2:00 PM GMT/BST (UK time) typically arrives between Tuesday of the following week and Monday of the week after that.

8. Delays

Delivery times are estimates. In exceptional cases, for example severe weather, carrier disruptions or public holidays, a delivery may take longer. Should your order take noticeably longer than 10 business days in total, please contact our customer service at info@bellanio.com. We will check the shipment status for you and work on a solution.

9. Lost or damaged parcels

Parcel lost: if the tracking shows no progress over a longer period, or if your parcel is considered lost, contact us at info@bellanio.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier and make sure you receive either your goods or your money back.

Parcel damaged: if your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please document the damage as soon as possible (photos of the packaging and the goods) and keep the packaging. Then report the damage to info@bellanio.com with your order number. We will arrange a replacement or a refund. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

10. Delivery address and undeliverable parcels

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@bellanio.com. Changes to your order, including the delivery address, and cancellations are possible until the parcel has been handed to the carrier; once the parcel is with the carrier, a change is no longer reliably possible. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was not collected, we will contact you to clarify the next steps. In that case, reshipping may incur costs if we are not responsible for the failed delivery.
