Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once dispatched, delivery within the United Kingdom takes 5-8 business days, so the total time from order to delivery is 6-10 business days. Orders placed by 2:00 PM GMT/BST (UK time) on a business day enter processing the same day.

Shipping is free for every order within the United Kingdom: no minimum order value, no surcharges. Every parcel is sent with tracking. We currently deliver within the UK only.

Yes, as long as the parcel has not been handed to the carrier. Email us at info@bellanio.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once the parcel is on its way, you can simply use your 14-day right to cancel instead, as described in our refund policy.

As soon as your parcel is dispatched, you receive a shipping confirmation by email containing your tracking number and a link. Our Track your order page explains each step. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder or contact us.

You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Items should come back unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached. Please register your return by email first; all details are in our refund policy.

Email info@bellanio.com with your order number and a short note that you want to return the item. You will receive the return address together with our confirmation. Please never send a parcel back unannounced: registered returns are what makes the process quick.

Within 5 business days of your return arriving and being checked, we refund the full purchase price to the payment method you used. Depending on your bank, it can take a few more days for the amount to show on your statement.

Yes. Within 14 days of delivery, email us the size or colour you would like instead. We reserve the replacement straight away and dispatch it once your exchange is registered, so you do not wait for your return to arrive first. The exchange is free of charge: we cover both directions.

That should not happen, and if it does we make it right. Email info@bellanio.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We cover the return costs and arrange a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Most styles run from XS or S up to XL, with many pieces available up to 2XL, 3XL and beyond; a few shaping bodysuits use combined sizes such as M/L. The available sizes are listed on each product page, and the Size and fit section there explains the details for that piece.

Each product page lists the available sizes in a consistent scale across the shop. If you are between sizes or unsure, email us at info@bellanio.com with the product name and your usual size, and we will help you choose before you order. If a size does not work out, the free size exchange has you covered.

Product photos show the actual items. Slight variations can occur depending on your screen settings, and every available colour is listed by name on the product page, so you always know exactly which shade you are ordering.

You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express, as well as the digital wallets Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Wallets appear at checkout depending on your device and browser.
