Terms of service

These terms of service set out the conditions on which we sell products to you through this online shop. Please read them carefully before placing an order. Last updated: 21 August 2026.

1. Who we are and scope of these terms

This online shop is operated by Justin Brodrecht (sole trader), Friedrich-Ebert-Straße 15, 63500 Seligenstadt, Germany, trading as Bellanio (referred to as "we", "us" or "our"). You can reach us at info@bellanio.com.

These terms apply to all orders placed by consumers through this website for delivery within the United Kingdom. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian, and that you are purchasing as a consumer.

2. Products and product information

We take care to present our products accurately. Product photos show the actual products; slight colour deviations can occur depending on your screen settings. The characteristics of the products follow from the respective product description. Obvious errors in product information may be corrected before your order is confirmed.

3. Ordering and conclusion of the contract

The presentation of products in the online shop is an invitation to place an order, not a binding offer by us. By completing the checkout and clicking the final order button, you make a binding offer to purchase the products in your basket. We confirm receipt of your order by email (order confirmation). The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order, at the latest when we dispatch the goods and send you the dispatch confirmation.

The languages available for the conclusion of the contract are English. The essential content of your order is stored by us and summarised in the order confirmation you receive by email.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping within the United Kingdom is free of charge, so no additional delivery costs are added at checkout.

Payment is due at the time of ordering. You can pay using the payment methods displayed at checkout; the accepted payment methods are also listed on our payment methods page. Your payment is processed securely by our payment service providers; we do not store your full card details ourselves. The amount is charged when you place your order.

5. Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom only. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays); orders placed by 2:00 PM GMT/BST (UK time) on a business day enter processing the same day. Once dispatched, delivery takes 5-8 business days, giving a total delivery time of 6-10 business days from your order. The risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a person identified by you to take possession of them.

6. Right to cancel and returns

As a consumer you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. The details of the cancellation right, the returns process, exchanges and refunds are set out in our refund policy. A model cancellation form is available; its use is optional.

Please register every return with us by email before sending anything back; the return address is provided with our confirmation.

7. Faulty goods and statutory rights

We are under a legal duty to supply goods that are in conformity with the contract. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If a product is faulty or misdescribed, you are entitled to the statutory remedies, which depending on the circumstances include repair, replacement, price reduction or a refund. If an item arrives defective or you receive a wrong delivery, please contact us at info@bellanio.com; in these cases we cover the return costs, as described in our refund policy.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Reservation of title

The goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.

9. Liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products, including the statutory rights described in section 7 and the remedies for defective goods and returns set out in our refund policy, which remain unaffected by this section.

Beyond that, we are liable for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence. In cases of simple negligence we are only liable for damage resulting from the breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. We are not liable for business losses; this shop is intended for consumers only.

10. Complaints and dispute resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@bellanio.com. We aim to resolve every concern directly with you. We are not obliged to participate in an alternative dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board and do not currently participate in such a procedure.

11. Final provisions

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that apply in your favour. As a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, you can bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom in which you live.

Should individual provisions of these terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
